Responsibilities include assessing maintenance, repair, and equipment needs of the church, school, daycare and other parish buildings. This includes lighting and electrical, heating and cooling, plumbing, paving, fire protection, snow removal, lawn fertilizing, pest control, as well as roofing, windows, doors, etc., that make up the physical structures of these facilities. Necessary capital improvements are recommended to the parish council for approval. The ultimate goal is to strive for excellence for the appearance and upkeep of the facilities.
